So i just started following the Mashables feed a few days ago, but I have seen a few good things. Today they had this post. I gotta say that if you are trying to run a business and you want to include a social networking presence the information they have there might be a place to start. There are also plenty of books out there that can go along way. Including this one available at Amazon
